Real Estate Shoot

Did you know that nearly all homebuyers these days use the internet as the main source of their property search? That means that good listing photos are critical; it’s the first impression potential buyers get of your property.
If homebuyers aren’t sold on the images they see online, chances are they will move on. It can also affect their perception of a home prior to seeing it; a good photograph will have a positive emotion associated with the home.
It is very easy to set up as an estate agent in Spain. Deregulation means no qualifications are required and with significant commissions it is easy to see why many people with little or no experience are now offering an online estate agency service. Many of these will list your property with very poor photographs they’ve quickly snapped from their mobile phone; angles will be wrong, lighting will be poor, and rooms will not be displayed at their best.
If you would like me to professionally photograph your property and supply you and/or your real estate agent(s) with the images please send me a message and I will send you more information.
Remember: the better that first impression the more likely you’ll get viewings, and the more people viewing your property the more chances for a sale. That first impression is essential!

Each property is unique so prices vary but a typical real estate shoot for a 2 bedroom apartment is around €100.
This is ideal for those wishing to sell or rent their property.
